Why not try adding a complex at the end of your workout as a “finisher”.
A complex is basically 2 or more exercises done back to back without any rest.
They are great at creating a metabolic disturbance and contributing to EPOC(Excess Postexercise Oxygen Consumption) – important in helping you burn calories long after your workout has finished.
A complex can be done with barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and even bodyweight.
